Services and estimates

Trey Fox Design offers branding, website design, illustration and ongoing website care. Published packages describe starting scopes and prices. Your proposal confirms deliverables, fees, revisions, schedule and any outside costs before work begins.

Starting a project

Sending an inquiry does not reserve a start date or create a project agreement. We first discuss fit, scope and timing, then confirm the work in writing.

Scope, feedback and changes

Project milestones depend on receiving the agreed content, access and feedback. Requests beyond the approved scope are discussed with you, including any effect on fees or timing, before that extra work proceeds.

Payments, cancellation and delivery

Your project agreement specifies the payment schedule, cancellation arrangements, final delivery and rights to the completed work. Refer to that agreement for the terms that apply to your engagement.

Website care

Care plans cover the services and time included in the selected plan. Third-party subscriptions, hosting and work outside the plan are handled as described in your proposal. Availability and response arrangements are confirmed when the plan begins.

Portfolio artwork

Artwork and project examples are presented for viewing and discussion. Please contact the studio for permission to reproduce or use them. Client names and third-party marks identify the work shown; they are not a general endorsement.
